¶1The averments made in the writ petition show that intrinsically the purpose of instituting the present writ petition is not the 'public interest' rather some individual interest is sought to be espoused.

¶2The Public Interest Litigation must be distant from such attempts.

¶3At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition.
