Learned A.G.A. has filed short-counter affidavit in Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No.6084 of 2023 saying that the charge-sheet dated 24.08.2023 has been filed in Court. Criminal Misc. Writ petition No. 2894 of 2023, Shivakant vs. State of U.P. and others, and Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 5548 of 2023, Ajeet Pandey vs. State of U.P. and others, arising out of the same first information report, have been filed and connected with Writ Petition No. 6084 of 2023. Although no short-counter affidavit has been filed in the aforesaid two writ petitions, the learned A.G.A. has pointed out from the charge-sheet dated 24.08.2023, a copy of which has been filed along with the short-counter affidavit in Writ Petition No. 6084 of 2023, that Shivakant and Ajeet Pandey are also named

as

accused

in

the

charge
