¶1Sri Santosh Dubey holding brief of Sri Ajay Kumar Pandey appearing on behalf of the petitioner, at the outset, submits that the relief sought by the petitioner in the present writ petition, has already been granted to the petitioner and inquiry has been initiated against the Pradhan. Consequently he submits that he does not want to press this petition and the same may be dismissed as such.
