¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties.

¶2Supplementary affidavit filed today in Court is taken on record.

¶3Petition has been filed challenging show cause notice dated

12.09.2023 requiring petitioner to reply to be proposed punishment in pursuance of inquiry proceedings and inquiry report submitted.

¶4After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for petitioner seeks liberty to reply to the show cause notice.

¶5In view of aforesaid, petitioner is granted 15 days' time from today to file a response to show cause notice dated 12.09.2023. In case any such reply furnished by petitioner within the aforesaid time frame, the same shall be considered and decided prior to passing any final orders.
