Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State. Notices to respondent no. 2 and 3 are dispensed with in view of the proposed order. By this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief:- "issue an order or direction in the appropriate nature commanding the learned Court below (i.e. First Additional Sessions Judge, Rae Bareli), to decide the application for releasing the goods of the petitioner's grocery shop in favour of the petitioner, moved by the petitioner in Criminal Revision No.312 of 2023; Rohatash Versus State of U.P. and others, on 5/6.10.2023, which is numbered as 8-kha, expeditiously, preferably within a period of one week." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his application for releasing the goods of the petitioner's grocery shop in favour of the petitioner is pending adjudication before the Revisional Court since 05.06.2023 which is numbered as 8-kha. He prays that in the interest of justice, the said application may be directed to be decided expeditiously. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to this innocuous prayer. Considering the innocuous nature of the prayer, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Revisional Court to decide the pending application of the petitioner for releasing the goods of the petitioner's grocery shop, within a period of 15 working days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
