Hon'ble Rajnish Kumar,J. Heard Sri G.P. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent nos. 4 and 5. Respondent no.1 is the court concerned. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the respondents have put in appearance and the commission report has also come but the application for temporary injunction filed in Regular Suit No.470 of 2016 has not been considered till date. He further submits that the case was listed on 16.10.2023, when also general date has been fixed by the court. Therefore he makes an innocuous prayer for a direction for disposal of the interim relief application. Considering the order proposed to be passed, requirement of issuance of notice to the opposite parties is dispensed with. In view of above, without entering into the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to move appropriate application for expeditious disposal of application for interim injunction before the concerned court. In case any such application is moved by the petitioners within a period of two weeks from today,the concerned court after affording opportunity to the parties shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of two weeks thereafter and an endeavour to decide the application expeditiously after affording opportunity to the parties, if there is no impediment.
