¶1Present petition has been filed with the following prayers: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no.2 direct to given Pre-approval to the petitioner for the contesting of the allotment for the Fair Price Shop situated at village Sonara, Block Kurebhar, District-Sultanpur.

(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party no 2 and 3 to decide the representation of the petitioner contains as Annexure No.6 to this writ petition. ...."

¶2It is claimed that the petitioner has moved a representation for pre-approval, which is pending before respondent no.2.

¶3Without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file a fresh representation before respondent no.2 who shall consider the same and pass orders thereupon in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the representation.
