After arguing the matter at sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not want to press the instant petition with liberty to get the file FIR. He further requested that the concerned S.H.O. may be directed to lodge the FIR and investigate the matter expeditiously. Learned AGA has no objection to the prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty. In case, any such application is filed for lodging FIR, concerned S.H.O. is directed to endorse the FIR and investigate the matter strictly in accordance with provision of Cr.P.C.
