By means of the present petition, an order dated 12.06.2023 passed by the opposite party No.4-Tehsildar, Tehsil-Baldirai, District-Sultanpur, in a case instituted under Section 67(1) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, registered as Case No.T-201804680901148, has been assailed by the petitioner. Prima facie, it appears that petitioner is not an aggrieved party, however, without observing anything on the locus of the petitioner, this Court, in the facts and circumstances of the case, is not inclined to entertain the present petition and leaving it open to petitioner to avail the remedy as provided under the law and if the petitioner avails the remedy provided under the law, the authority concerned, before entering into the merits of the case, shall deal with the locus of the petitioner.
