Written instructions filed today are taken on record. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.A. and perused the record. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of written instructions received by him from Shri Kunvar Singh, Sub-Inspector of Police Station Baba Bazar, District Ayodhya, says that the investigation has been carried out properly and due to lack of sufficient evidence Final Report No.B-13 of 2023, dated 09.08.2023, has been prepared and sent to the Supervisory Authority for onward submission to the Court. In view of the above statement, this writ petition has become infructuous, hence the same is disposed of with the observation that the petitioner is free to approach the Court concerned, in case the Final Report is filed in Court.
