Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent no 6 Gram Panchayat, Ambaur, Tehsil Nawabganj, District Barabanki and respondent no.7 Gram Pradhan of the said village are trying to laying down the brick road on the petitioner's land bearng Gata No. 1894, 1978, 1987 Ka, 1988, 1989 and 1998 situated at Village Ambaur, Tehsil Nawabganj, District Barbanki. Shri Shri Ananjay Shastri, Advocate holding brief of Shri Mohan Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no. 6 states that the Gram Panchayat is not interfering in any manner and in case Gram Pradhan is doing some illegal act, he in person is responsible for the same. The said statement is taken on record. This dispute is a private in nature and cannot be decided by this Court under Article 226 of Constitution of India. Writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a suit for injunction before appropriate Court/forum.
