In case such a representation is moved by petitioner within a period of one week from today, the respondent no.2 i.e. the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Safipur, District Unnao, shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a further period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order along with representation is placed before him.
