¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

¶2Present petition has been filed with the following prayer:

(i) To direct the learned Additional court, District-Faizabad to decide the Complaint Case No. 870/2019, U/s 138 N.I. Act (Vishwanath Tiwari Vs. Ashok Jaiswal), pending before the Additional Court, District-Faizabad, within stipulated period as it may be directed by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice.

¶3Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-First, Faizabad to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, maximum within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order and after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
