After arguing at length, learned counsel for the parties agree that the information has to be provided by the Information Officer in furtherance of order dated 02.03.2022 passed by the State Information Commissioner after hearing the private persons with regard to the information is sought. No doubt the matter is pending since long and order of the State Commission was also passed on 02.03.2022. In view thereof, the Opposite Party No.2 Public Information Officer / Secretary, Secondary Education Service Selection Commission, Allenganj, District - Prayagraj, shall pass appropriate order on the application of the petitioner after hearing all the parties concerned within a period of two months.
