¶1The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) To issue a writ of Mandamus commanding the Opposite Parties No.1 to 5 to take necessary actions against the opposite party no.6 for removal of the illegal encroachment over the land of Chakroad bearing Khasra No./Gata No. 144 recorded as Chakroad in the relevant revenue records situated in Village - Sunderpur, H/O-Darkha, Pargana & Tehsil Amethi, District-Amethi and also to take necessary actions against him for his illegal encroachment."

¶2Learned Standing Counsel in terms of the instructions, which are taken on record, states that the illegal occupation has already been removed from the property in question bearing Gata No.144.

¶3In view of the said statement, nothing survive in the matter. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off.

¶4In case, the petitioner is still aggrieved, he may file an appropriate application under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, which was disposed of in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of the application.
