¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Sri Aftab Ahmad, learned counsel for respondent no.5.

¶2After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioners prays that the application dated 22.12.2018 moved by petitioners before respondent no.4 with regard to compounding and sanctioning of map may be directed to be decided within a time frame.

¶3Learned counsel for respondents have no objection for decision on the said application.

¶4In view thereof, without entering into the merits of the case, respondent no.4-Up Ziladhikari/Prescribed Authority, Regulated Area, District Barabanki is directed to decide the application dated 22.12.2018 moved by petitioners, in accordance with law, by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks from today.
