¶1The present writ petition has been filed with the following relief: "A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding opposite parties to take necessary action for eviction over the land Gata No1828 &1829 recorded as Public Utility Land as Naveen Parti situated at village & Post Haliyapur, Tehsil-Baldirai, District-Sultanpur upon which opposite party No.6 constructed Pakka house."

¶2Learned Standing Counsel based upon instructions states that the proceedings have already been initiated under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code and the matter is pending adjudication.

¶3In view of the said statement, the present writ petition is disposed off directing the respondents to conclude the proceedings of Case No.T202304680903449 and Case No.T202304680903450, in accordance with law, with all expedition preferably within a period of two months from today.

¶4The instructions provided by the learned Standing Counsel are taken on record.
