¶1Heard.

¶2Sri Mohit Jauhari, learned Standing Counsel has filed the affidavit of compliance, the same is taken on record.

¶3Sri Mohit Jauhari has stated that in compliance of the order of the Writ Court dated 15.02.2023 passed in Writ-C No. 6896 of 2005, the appeal of the petitioner has been decided vide order dated 21st of September, 2023 which has been enclosed as Annexure No. A-1 to the affidavit of compliance.

¶4In view of the above, there is no purpose to keep this contempt petition pending any longer.

¶5Accordingly, the instant contempt petition is dismissed.

¶6Notices are discharged.
