¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

¶2The present application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to direct the learned court below to expedite and conclude the trial of Complaint Case No.175/2021, under Section 204 Cr.P.C., pending in the Court of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Gonda.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that statement under Section 200 and 202 Cr.P.C. have already been recorded but till today, order under Section 203/204 Cr.P.C. have not been passed, therefore, indulgence of this Court is necessary to direct the court below for expeditious disposal of the aforesaid complaint case.

¶4Learned A.G.A. has no objection, in case, a direction for expeditious disposal of the case has been issued.

¶5Considering the arguments of learned counsel for the parties and going through the records, learned court below is directed to decide the complaint case of the applicant, as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with the law.
