¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent.

¶2Present petition has been filed challenging an award passed by the Labour Court, whereby, the termination of the respondent was found to be in violation of the mandate of Section 6-N of the U.P. Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.

¶3Considering the fact that respondent had worked for the period 1990 to 1993 as recorded by the Labour Court and there being no material to demonstrate that the finding of the Labour Court is perverse.

¶4No good ground for interference is made out at this stage.
