¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. and perused the record.

¶2The present application has been filed by the applicant to direct learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kunda, Pratapgarh to conclude the trial/criminal proceedings of Crl. Case No.2901 of 2022 arising out of Case Crime No.167 of 2021 U/s 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 427 I.P.C., Police Station-Hathigawan, District-Pratapgarh pending before him, expeditiously.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant submits that only prayer of the applicant is that a direction may be issued to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously.

¶4Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the innocuous prayer of the applicant.

¶5In view of the above, without entering into merits of the case, I hereby direct learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kunda, Pratapgarh to conclude the trial/criminal proceedings of Crl. Case No.2901 of 2022 arising out of Case Crime No.167 of 2021 U/s 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 427 I.P.C., Police Station-Hathigawan, District-Pratapgarh pending before him, expeditiously in accordance with law.
