Counsel for Petitioner :- N.N.Jaiswal Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Mohd. Shakeel Hon'ble Alok Mathur,J. Heard. Perusal of the order-sheet indicates that the said petition was allowed subject to deposit of Rs. 3,000/- by the petitioners in the Registry of this Court within one month from 14.7.2010. However, the said amount was not deposited and the office report in this regard was placed before this Court which indicates that in the meanwhile, the counsel for the petitioners died, and consequently, card notice was sent. But as per office report, the card notice has not been received and accordingly, the office has reported that the card notice has not been sufficiently served upon the petitioners. Considering the facts of the case and especially that the petition stands allowed by means of order dated 14.7.2010 and accordingly, no orders can be passed at this stage. In case, the petitioners fail to deposit the amount as directed by this Court in its order dated 14.7.2010, the Senior registrar of this Court is directed to proceed and recover from the petitioners as an arrear of land revenue and in this regard, he may direct the District Magistrate, Lucknow to recover the said amount as an arrear of land revenue and transfer the same to this Court in compliance of order dated 14.7.2010. In light of the above, the matter is consigned to record. (Alok Mathur,J.) Order Date :- 17.10.2023 Shravan High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
