In pursuance of earlier order passed by this Court, learned A.G.A. has produced before this Court instructions sent by Chandrodya Mishra, Sub-Inspector, Police Station, Sonwa, District Shravasti wherein it has been stated that during investigation after recording of statements of the victim under Section 161 & 164 Cr.P.C., it was found that the petitioner was actively involved and a charge-sheet No.A196/2023 dated

04.10.2023 has been submitted to the supervisory authority for onward submission to the court. The name of petitioner No.2 has been dropped during the investigation. This Court finds from perusal of the instructions that Sandeep Yadav, the petitioner No.1, has been found to be 17 years and 6 months old at the time of incident and therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the S.H.O. to ensure that petitioner No.1 is produced before the Juvenile Justice Board for appropriate orders.
