¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2Present petition has been filed by the petitioners challenging the order dated 30.04.2013 whereby the ex-parte decree passed against the petitioners was recalled as well as the judgment dated 30.04.2013 whereby the revision was dismissed, however, the restoration application was allowed on payment of Rs.1,000/- as cost.

¶3On perusal of the order impugned, it is clear that the restoration application was allowed holding that the service was not affected on the respondents, the matter is entertained by this Court, no impugned order is passed in favour of the petitioners.
