Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Angad Kumar Vishwakarma, learned A.G.A. for the State respondent and perused the record. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the show cause notice issued against the petitioner proposing to cancel the arms license of the petitioner. I do not see any reason to interfere with the show cause notice. The petitioner would be at liberty to file a reply to the said show cause notice. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition stands dismissed. In case, any reply is filed by the petitioner to the said show cause notice, the same shall be decided in accordance with law.
