¶1Heard Ms. Satjyot Chawla Dang, learned counsel for the petitioners.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the order of Writ Court has not been complied with till date. However, on being confronted, as to whether the representation of the petitioners has been decided, she has stated that to the best of her information, the representation of the petitioners has not been decided, however, the petitioners are not in her contact for quite some time.

¶3In the present case, no contempt notice has been issued against any of the opposite parties till date and the earlier counsel for the petitioners has not filed any application for impleadment or any other application apprising the Court that the order of Writ Court has not been complied with.

¶4Therefore, in view of the above, this contempt petition is dismissed for want of instructions.

¶5However, liberty is given to the petitioners to file any application for revival of the present contempt petition, if they get any material to show the Court that the order of the Writ Court has not been complied with till date.
