¶1Heard learned counsel for parties.

¶2Present writ petition is filed by the petitioner for quashing of inspection report dated 13.03.2023 submitted by Block Development Officer, Motigarpur, Tehsil Kadipur, District Sultanpur.

¶3So far as the report submitted against the petitioner is concerned, petitioner may file her objection against the same before respondent no.4 Chief Development Officer, Sultanpur.

¶4In case petitioner files his objection before respondent no.4 Chief Development Officer, Sultanpur within ten days from today, the respondent no.4 shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law, by a reasoned and speaking order, after hearing all the parties concerned, within a period of six weeks from the date the objections along with certified copy of this order are filed before him.
