¶1Present writ petition has been filed by U.P. Power Corporation Ltd. assailing the orders dated 21.03.2015 and

08.07.2019 passed by prescribed authority under the Public Liability Insurance Act.

¶2When a query has been put to learned counsel for petitioner with regard to delay in filing present writ petition, he submits that no such explanation has been given in the writ petition and accordingly prays that present writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition after incorporating the reasons for delay.

¶3He further submits that he may be permitted to file a fresh copy of impugned order as the certified copy of so annexed has numerous underlines which should not have been filed along with writ petition.
