Heard Ms. Riya Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner. This petition has been filed for a direction for disposal of Original Suit No.970 of 2022 filed for cancellation of sale deed. Perusal of the order sheet indicates that the notices were issued on 11.10.2022 and thereafter the case is being fixed for written statement and issues and the case has been adjourned on the last four dates on account of strike of lawyers. Therefore, once the petitioner himself is not assisting the court in disposal of suit, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction in a suit of 2022 for disposal, when there is huge pendency, merely on asking of the petitioner on the ground that it is a suit of cancellation of sale deed.
