¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vivek Gupta, learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.

¶2Learned counsel for petitioner prays for and is permitted to carry out necessary correction in the prayer during the course of the day.

¶3This matter under article 227 has been filed seeking direction to the Trial court i.e. Addl. District Judge, Court No. 8, Sultanpur for early decision of Session Trial No. 301 of 2013 (State Vs. Sagar Singh and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 196 of 2013, under Sections-302, 34 I.P.C., Police Station-Kotwali Dehat, District-Sultanpur.

¶4Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the Trial court to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, maximum within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
