¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vivek Gupta, learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.

¶2Learned counsel for petitioner prays for and is permitted to delete opposite No. 1 by substituting State of U.P. during the course of the day.

¶3This matter under article 227 has been filed seeking direction to the opposite party No. 1 for early decision of Case No. 50 of 2021 (Smt. Archana Singh Vs. Chandan Singh), under Sections-128 Cr.P.C..

¶4Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the opposite party No. 1 to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, maximum within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
