¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties.

¶2Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties for re-fixation of salary of petitioner in accordance with order dated 30.12.2022 passed by the State Government and Order dated 03.01.2023 passed by the Additional Director General of Police (Establishment).

¶3It has been submitted that earlier with regard to said grievance, petitioner had filed Writ Petition No.1329 (SS) of 2022 which was disposed of vide order dated 09.03.2022 directing the concerned authority to expedite petitioner's representation. It is submitted that in pursuance thereof, the aforesaid orders dated 30.12.2022, 09.03.2022 and 03.01.2023 have been passed but are not being implemented.

¶4Considering submissions advanced by learned counsel for petitioner, it appears that orders favorable to petitioner have already been passed by concerned authorities addressing his grievance but have not yet been implemented.

¶5For such relief, petitioner is granted liberty to approach the opposite party no.1 i.e. Principal Secretary, Home Affairs, Uttar Pradesh Shashan Secretariat, Lucknow by means of a fresh representation, which shall be consider and decide within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before said authority.
