The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: "(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party nos. 2 and 3 to disqualify the opposite party no. 5, under Section 5-A of U.P. Panchayat Act for holding the OfÏce of opposite party no. 4 and initiate proceedings under Section 95(1)(g) of the Act and conclude the same within stipulated time." The petitioner has an adequate remedy of moving an appropriate complaint under Uttar Pradesh Panchayat Raj (Removal of Pradhan, Up-Pradhan and Members) Enquiry Rules, 1997. In view of the said provision, the present writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file an appropriate application in accordance with law, which shall in turn be decided in accordance with law.
