At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners says that on account of formal defects in the prayer clause he may be permitted to withdrawn the present petition with liberty to petitioners to file fresh with proper pleadings and prayer. To the aforesaid prayer, learned counsel for the State has no objection. In view of aforesaid, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. The Office/Registry is directed to return the certified copies of the documents to the learned counsel for the petitioner, if any, annexed with the petition, as per Rules of the Court.
