¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State, Sri Sarvesh Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for NHAI and Sri Ambrish Rai, learned counsel for the Union of India.

¶2Petitioners have approached this Court claiming that they are entitled for enhancement of compensation and for the said purpose, they have already moved a representation before the District Magistrate, Ayodhya on 24.7.2023.

¶3Learned counsel for NHAI states that the said representation does not state that it is under Section 3G(5) of the National Highways Act, 1956.
