¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Dr. Udai Veer Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondents no.1 to 4 and Sri Tusar Gupta holding brief of Sri Pankaj Gupta, learned counsel for respondent no.5.

¶2The petitioner, a Panchayat Sahayak, has approached this Court praying for being paid the honorarium while the petitioner has worked as Gram Panchayat Sahayak in the concerned Gram Panchayat.

¶3At the very outset, Dr. Udai Veer Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions sent by the District Panchayatraj Officer dated 15.10.2023, states that on account of certain defects which had occurred on the website the payment could not be made. He, however, states that the payment as due to the petitioner would positively be paid within ten days from today.
