¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned counsel for respondent No.5 and Ms. Anupama Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for State-respondent Nos.1 to 4.

¶2Learned counsel for petitioner, after arguing the matter at some length, prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition filed in public interest with liberty to file the same afresh by enclosing all the relevant material constituting the cause, if any. Apparently, the pleadings as well as the material enclosed does not satisfy the requirements of a cause in public interest having accrued to the petitioner, who himself has made the complaint.
