Petitioners have approached this Court for direction to the respondents that the land of the petitioners bearing Gata No.1694 shall not be used in construction of over head water tank. Petitioners' application under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending before the S.D.M. Mohammadi, District Lakhimpur-Kheri, Lucknow since 21.8.2023. Writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Mohammadi, District Lakhimpur-Kheri/respondent no. 3 to consider and decide the application of the petitioners under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, after hearing all the parties concerned in accordance with law within the statutory provided under Code, 2006 i.e. 90 days.
