¶1Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.

¶2Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Alok Kumar Tiwari, learned A.G.A. for the State.

¶3Present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "i. Issue a order or direction thereby directing the opposite party no. 1 to dispose-of the applications dated 15.10.2020, 12.07.2021, 25.05.2022 &

02.05.2023 by reasoned and speaking order forthwith or within stipulated period as disclosed by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice."

¶4Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner has moved applications dated 15.10.2020, 12.07.2021,

25.05.2022 & 02.05.2023 under Section 125(3) of Cr.P.C. before Principal Judge, Family Court, Sitapur, but till date the same have not been decided. He further requested for he early disposal of the aforesaid applications filed by the petitioner.

¶5Considering the facts of the case, present petition is disposed of with direction to Principal Judge, Family Court, Sitapur to decide the aforesaid applications filed by the petitioner maximum within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order and after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

¶6It is open for the Principal Judge, Family Court, Sitapur to decide the aforesaid applications strictly in accordance with law and judgment, if any, produced by the petitioner. Order Date :- 18.10.2023 ADY High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
