¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Ratnesh Chandra learned counsel who has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent nos. 1, 2 and 5 and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

¶2The present writ petition filed in public interest appears to have espoused the cause of the petitioner's society itself. Such proceedings are not maintainable at the instance of the interested party. It is however pointed out that the petitioner has made an application before the competent civil court seeking participation in the suit proceedings. In case any such application has been filed, the competent civil court shall deal with the same expeditiously in accordance with law.
