¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State as well as Sri Pankaj Gupta, learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha.

¶2Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has moved an application dated 15.09.2023 for allotment of a house under Prime Minister Awas Scheme, which is pending for consideration.

¶3Learned counsel for petitioner further submits that grievance of petitioner would be sufficiently met, in case aforesaid application of application is considered and decided in a time bound manner.

¶4Learned Standing Counsel and learned counsel for respondent have no objection the aforesaid prayer made.

¶5In view thereof, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no.3 - Chief Development Officer, Gonda to consider and decide the application of petitioner, in accordance with law, by reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is served upon him.
