¶1Heard.

¶2The present petition has been filed, challenging the order dated 01.01.2011 whereby the ex-parte order passed in favour of the petitioners was recalled on consent and, the matter was directed to be heard on merits.

¶3Considering the fact that the order dated 01.01.2011 was passed by recording consent of the parties, I do not deem it appropriate to interfere with the said order, however, considering the fact that the matter is pending since 2011, the Prescribed Authority is directed to decide the case of the petitioners finally, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months from today.
