¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Sri S.B. Pandey, learned Senior Advocate and Deputy Solicitor General of India assisted by Sri Varun Pandey, appearing for Union of India.

¶2A copy of order dated 18.10.2023 passed in compliance of order of this Court is placed before this Court after serving an advance copy of the same upon learned counsel for petitioner. The same is taken on record. By the said order, application of petitioner for registration as a contractor is rejected.

¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to challenge the aforesaid order.
