Ghayasuddin Khan learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed Case no.610 of 2022 (Sudha Yadav vs Brajlal Yadav and others) under Section 25 of the Gaurdiand and Wards Act 1890, for guardianship of opposite party no.3. He further submits that the pleadings have been exchanged and the issues have to be framed but the case is being adjourned for one or the other reason. He further submits that there is urgency in the matter because the opposite party no.3 would become major on 12.11.2023. Considering the nature of the order proposed to be passed in this petition, the issuance of notice to the opposite parties is dispensed with. The petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move an application for expeditious disposal of the Case no.610 of 2022 (Sudha Yadav vs Brajlal Yadav and others) before the court concerned. In case, any such application is moved by the next date fixed, which is said to be 23.10.2023, the concerned court shall consider the same on the date fixed or within a further period of two weeks thereafter in accordance with law considering the ground of urgency in the matter and pass appropriate order thereon and proceed accordingly.
