The instant writ petition has been filed for quashing of the show notice dated 01.09.2023, a copy of which is annexure 1 to the petition. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he had already submitted his reply in pursuance to the impugned show cause notice on 04.09.2023 but no final decision has been taken in this regard till date. Shri Savitra Vardhan Singh, learned counsel for the respondents states that a decision after considering the reply of the petitioner would be taken positively within a week from today by the respondent no.3.
