He makes a statement that the property is already auctioned and the sale certificate is also issued and the petitioner has also approached the D.R.T. In view thereof, no order in the present petition can be passed. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is consigned to record with liberty to petitioner to move appropriate application before the D.R.T., if they so desire.
