(1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State.

(2) Learned A.G.A. for the State has produced before this Court written instructions dated 16.10.2023 sent by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Police Station-Saidulla Nagar, District - Balrampur, which is take on record. He has submitted on the basis of written instructions that the investigation has been concluded and the Final Report was prepared on 07.10.2023, which was forwarded to the Supervisory Authority for onward submission to the Trial Court.

(3) This petition is disposed of with a direction to the Supervisory Authority to carefully examine the said charge sheet and take appropriate decision on the same and place its police report before the Trial Court within four weeks, if not already placed.
