¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA and perused the record.

¶2Present petition is filed with the following prayer:- "Quash the impugned order dated 27.07.2023 passed by Sessions Judge, Faizabad in Criminal Revision No. 53 of 2023 "Bansh Bahadur and others Versus State of U.P. and another" and order dated 27.02.2023 passed by Additional Civil Judge (J.D)-VII / Judicial Magistrate, Faizabad / Ayodhya in Complaint Case No. 529 of 2019 "Tilakram Versus Bansh Bahadur Singh and others" as contained in Annexure No. 1 & 2 to this petition."

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he may be permitted the withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh.

¶4Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh.
