¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri Vivek Gupta, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents and perused the record.

¶2After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he does not want to press the present petition, therefore, the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh petition for visitation rights only, for which Sri Vivek Gupta, learned A.G.A. has no objection.
