¶3Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has submitted his reply against the provisional assessment order, which has not been considered while passing final assessment order dated 21.09.2021. In view of the aforesaid, final assessment order dated

21.09.2021 is hereby set aside. Petitioner is permitted to provide afresh copy of his objections to the Executive Engineer concerned within a period of two weeks from today alongwith certified copy of this order. On its submission, respondent no. 3-Executive Engineer/Assessing Officer, Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, Barabanki shall decide the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks, thereafter, in accordance with law.
